BOTANICAL THEATRE

Artist Story

Alison Jane Rice is an empathetic and intuitive artist who loves to draw, paint, and write poetry.

Highly attuned to the elemental world, she channels her art and words and weaves them into spell-binding fictions. Manifesting realms of whimsy, enchantment, beauty and sensuality to delight and encourage emotional connection.

Her feet may be on the ground but her head is in the stars, drawing upon their luminosity and infinite energy to regenerate her highly active imagination.

An international Business for Peace nomination, WHO Healthy Cities Award for contributions to Youth Arts & Environment, and Masters in Creative Arts, confirm Alison’s commitment to the creative path. She is inspired by visual harmonisation and its potent ability to reflect the energy we often seek to heal.

The artist’s exclusive preview of her Imperial Flower Kingdom series for King Charles III as part of the celebrations of his 50-year chairmanship of the Duchy of Cornwall Prince’s Council remains a highlight.

Alison’s Collector Editions began with the international publication of her first book ALIGHT in 1999. A self development journal that secured the support of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

”Let us all continue on the path toward peace.”
